Thats not a bad idea at all NRaas.
If we would all take a minute tonight or next time we get on and
simply /bug this problem I bet the Devs would have to notice and
perhaps move this to the next hotfix.
I dont see how this could be tough to correct.

There are more "mistake" meat/hide/bones than you can shake a spraystick at.

Vynocks: reptavians that drop Herbivore Meat and Animal Bones.
Kahmurras, Kimas: described as hunters in game lore, drop Herbivore Meat.
Krevols: insect model, Reptile Meat.

That's just off the top of my head. There are more.

Listen, we do not want the Lok camo to require us to kill "Nym's domesticated Gurks".

Do you realize what a pain that would be to have constant negative nym faction. Understand that currantly its -1000 nym faction per kill and positive nym faction has been removed. No more killing canyon corsairs, they give plus bloodrazor now.

I believe the issue is that we cant make the kits to begin with.

I dont care if I have to skin Kimogilas to get it, I just want it =)

oh theres no point for a lok camo kit if the second you get off the shuttle nym's guards agro you

My issue with this is, (as I have had no troubles finding Domesticated Meat on Lok) is what the previous poster stated.

I shouldn't have to kill Nym guards to get this meat. I have worked hard at trying to reverse my Nym faction due to the fact I have to kill Nym's Creature Handlers and their Gurks to get this meat.

Why don't the pirates domesticate animals too? Why does it always have to be Nym's guards that have Gurks as pets!

And drunkenbard, you say that now, but once you have -5000 Nym faction, and ever actually try to travel across or even step into the stronghold, you'll know how awful it will be.

I can almost promise you, that you will never step foot on Lok again. Especially once they start sic'cing those Droidekas on ya.. You'll hate going there.

Never fear though. Nraas is on the case, and he has by far been the best thing about the Ranger profession. Some of the other professions need some lovin right now. We should be happy that at least 75% of our stuff works right. Most aren't even at 20%.

Yes, I dont spend much time in town...

I have killed the domestic gurks on Lok and they gave me Herb meat.
I also noticed a couple other people that posted on this thread also were getting
herb meat from the Nym gurks.
Are you sure you got domestic meat from them?

If so, this is very interesting.

Also, I couldnt agree with you more on no liking the fact I have to wreck faction
to get a required component for a camo kit. I also agree totally with you that NRaas
is on the case and will get this looked at.

I spend a week hunting Lok wooley, and in the mean time examined every creature type I encountered. In that time I probably explored half of the planet, and didn't find anything that gave domesticated. It is extremely lame this is not in the game. Especially considering......

1) how many agro NPC there are on Lok

2) that the Lok kit comes at skill level 4, and Dath comes at master, yet we can find resources for the master level kits. That makes no sence.

You would think they would be fixing it. But we have asked them to for about a month or more now. It's in our Ranger "Issues" report, and yet nothing. Even though they changed the requirments of the kits to no longer need flora, in about 3 weeks after we complained of it.

This is my point. They changed the flora component almost immediatly and thy ingnore the fact that domesticated meat does not exist.

How about carnivore meat? Herbivore Meat? Hey, maybe Avian Meat. Who cares, just get it done!
