Master Ranger/Master Rifleman with a couple of DXR-6b rifles, 80% kinetic armor, buffs, brandy and veghash in rancor ally can get a full stack in one buff session easily. The trick is to go to rancor ally 3 hours before and after server shutdown. My "record"is1 million units during a shift, 9 buff sessions/2 per day. Playing on a US server while being in Europe has the "benefit" of the server shutting down for lunch instead of early in the morning. At those times in that place you can harvestnon-stop from Enraged (Bull) Rancors dynamic spawns (500 to 650 units/kill). Being able to track cuts down the downtime between lairs.
Drawback of this is that any other harvest will feel mindnumbingly slow going.

Can we get the big bubbly thingie that used to take people out as a trap?
You have to be old or watched this in reruns, as I remember it as a kid. Patrick McGoohan, after he was Secret Agent Man.

Ranger + TKM + buffs = lots of harvest-fu
I'm a Ranger/TKM and solo'd some rancors today with buffs. I did maybe one lair and a few stragglers and got 6500 meat, easy. (U was using 27 and 32 veghashes, and a 119 harvest droid.) If I were to spend a weekend hunting, 100k would be no problem, I could probably do 200k if there were enough rancors up. (They're never up when I want them!)
Now if someone came up with 100k Tatooine avian meat, I'd be really scared.

Random trivia:
The simpsons did a wonderful pardody of that, where Homer became an internet expose writer, and accidentaly found out that flouride was a mind control agent.
also, the AWFUL movie "Double Team" with Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dennis Rodman (yeah....I know) take heavily off of that story, although they didn't do the bubble thing, they had the secluded island with the escape. As to why I would WATCH such a move...I was in an Ecuadorian hotel while it was POURING outside and it was litterally the only thing in English.

Hey the offtopic people got one starred. Ok i went back and fixed it. This is the ranger forums we go offtopic in the threads all the time. It keeps them interesting and gains us points for "Master Forum Ranger"
And yes i saw the Simpsons one. Definatly one of my favorite episodes
