Ok, apparently I hit the wrong button...
I can't move my fish up. I type the right command and it gives me an error message. I'm using my decorating macro that works on all other items, but isn't working on fish. has anyone else experienced this problem?
WHY CAN'T I MAKE A FISH TANK????

kind of hard for me to say.
I have Droid workshop that has shelves filling the back wall so i can stand in one place and pull resources from where i need them, a junk shed for my guild with various cabinets and such, and the "butcher shop" that has all of my organic harvests for my guild separated into categories. Honestly, i think my damn ship is looking more ranger than my house. lol

I figured out my problem. Apparently, I can't "/move up" anything in this one room of my house. Very strange. Anyway, I'll just make my fish tank in another room.

You use /movefurniture up xxx and not just /move up, right?

I was using the right syntax on the command. It's a macro I set up that works on every object in every room... except for that 1 room there. So, my commands weren't the problem, just that room.

That looks good owen! very classy.
What pieces did you use to make those display cases?
I went looking for an interior decorating guide on the architect forum but didn't find much that was useful.
BTW, Did you guys know you can drop a camp in your house? I didn't. I dropped a field base kit in my house and it's pretty cool looking. the HTFB is simply too big and fills up the whole room.

I used the small tables for the base and tops, then wooden staffs for the glass edges and desk lamps sunk into the table as the lighting strip. In the central display cabinet i used 4 tables at 90 degree angles in the same spot to give a cube base with a sunken top and 4 on the top. Ill try take some more photos, maybe one of my holding cells and my ranger room.
Oh and the outside shot of my mountain.

sorry to bother you again owen, but I'm all intrigued by this decorating thing now... hmmmm maybe my alt could be an architect.
Anyway, what is that big glowing orange ball thing in the center of the picture? It's cool lookin'

Thats the mark of a hero reward. You get 4 peices and although look cool on their own, stand in one place and drop them all at once, then move them up 100 and you have a ball made of 4 peices. I like how they have done this reward stuff with 4 seperate loot peices that fit together as one.

The display cabinets dont just house the items, they also hold a description of what they are (a little story telling). If you hover the cursor over the plaque on the base, the description comes up, like you can see in these pics: (some displays)
Jakra Lan Tatooine Camo (you may of heard of Jakra Lan before from me hehe)
Also i have 3 holding cells in the basement for captured beasts. According to the logs im making, they are so i can study thier attack and behavioural patterns so i can hunt them more effectivelly but of course this is just story telling for the visitor. I also have 2 humanoid holding cells up stairs, these are for interogation and studying (again story telling).
Here is a pic of one holding cell with the information console highlighted explaining what is going on. The codes on the plaque are detailed in my command center building (next door) with how, why and when i cought the beasts/humanoid and what ive learnt so far.
