I made no statements as to the relative worth of Ithorians. Although female Bothans are still fewer in number...

(Does anyone else wish they used more significant digits on the new stats so we can compare the numbers better?)

Bah just make a Sullustan, they are the absolute rarest period according to that. Actually it's funny but take a Sullustan male in character creation, max out all the facial features, cheeks, lips, chin etc and it'll look like one of my RL co-workers.
