When I'm out hunting a particular animal that commonly comes on mission terminals and I find a lair, I'll do a search for other players in the area to see if anyone's near enough that it might've spawned for their mission. If so, I wait a moment to see if they come over or leave. Otherwise, I take the lair.

I really enjoy being able to track, and so do all of my friends... I often am in the support role for PvP battles, and I am the leader of most big game hunts im involved in.. Its fun "being" a ranger and putting the skills we do have to good use.

my favorite use of Areatrack:
i'm about to go hunting with some friends on Dantooine. I am running a bit late, and i ask them which town they are closest to (since they started without me). I fly to that town, then areatrack and find my friends 450m away. i come ridin' up to them on Zanzabar (my trusty Dewback). They are dumbfounded as to how i found them so quickly.
also, if i ride into a large town, and i need an imperial recruiter to get promoted, or to buy some nifty faction items, i can area track them down too.
also, my city i'm mayor of on lok, has officially declared war on Nym, as we do not think it is fair that this one man controls all traffic on and off of lok. so anytime i can "stick it to the man" by killing Nym's troops, i'll take advantage of it. so i area track his little henchmen and send Nym a message that the citizens of New Kabala will no longer be bullied around by this tyrant. one day we will all storm his stronghold, and take over that city, and then we'll control all the travel routes (and give cheap travel rates to everyone).

thanks for the kind words.
there's almost always a wild Gurk Lair or a few Random Kimogilas hanging out around the border of the city.
Give us a few more weeks and we'll finally have a hospital and a Cloner in town. (we're at 23 citizens now, and need a total of 35 for the next level).
sometime i am going to set up a ranger's outpost there, selling crates of traps, crates of camps, cammo kits, bait, and fishing rods. gonna decorate it up nice like a hunting lodge (fish on the walls, and stuffed animals hangin' around)
i'm sending you a forum PM now about a question i've got.

but you're a rebel, and i already have too many rebel friends in-game. but, i am loyal to the empire, and will remain loyal. but then again, us rangers are above all this Civil War PvP nonsense...

B-Wing???
when i'm a Space Ranger, i don't think i'm gonna fly any faction craft. TIE's just plain look stupid, and look too much like an easy target. I'll be flying those nifty Jabba fighters they've got.
