I'm unsure how I feel about this right now.
There have to be trade offs. I realize that much. Once upon a time I suggested something like making Ranger unique by applying buffs/mods/skills that were the equivalent of scout ones but which acted on humans. Admittedly, I'm still reading alot of this information - information overload as I've only just gotten back recently.
I should be up-to-date Soon(tm) 
What are the greater implications? wait and see I guess?
