You know, I can save you a bit of time reading all those post. To sum up (with bullets!):

  • We are hopping mad about the conceal not intended to work with NPC's. We are just itching to free up those skill points and it may a be very, very long time before yousee a"Master Ranger" title ever again, if they do that. It's in the d&mn descriptionof the skill for cryin' out loud...

  • We are worried that vehicles and mounts make us irrelevent. You can jumpt on a bike and cover the area faster then you can scan it now.

  • "Ultimate Creature Hunter" is a little deflating. There has been some ideas about this in the "bug report" we got. "Master of Stealth" is a bit more to everyones liking but we would like the "and Very good creature hunter" to tag along. Please point the devs in the general direction of the AR extended universe info

  • Camps still don't repell critters.
The rest, while important, are probably things we can live with till the "love pointer" once again comes back to us.

Yea he got alot of it right there.

Forgive me as I'm new to the ranger forum, but what's with....

  • This thing?

Just an idiosyncracy? It reminds me of this local news sports guy we have where we live. He adds dramatic, suspenseful pauses in all of his sentences.

Please don't think I'm dissing it, I just feel like I'm missing something by being new to the board.

"Just an idiosyncracy?"

Sure...

  • That sounds good enough for me.

It is distinctive and unique style that sets me apart from other posters...

  • But it's probably unique only because no one else would bother writing that way.

----

Mystyle has evolved quite a bit since I started posting on these boards...

  • You can read my older posts to see how I used to write.

It probably originated with a distaste for reading run-on paragraphs...

  • Hence I tend to use simple sentences and a lot of whitespace to delimit.

One thing I would like to share tho, is ON EVERY SWG BOX there is a little note that says "Game may change during the course of online play" Or something very similar to that. YES **edit** is brokem, YES **edit** is bugged, YES SOE could be doing things differently, but **edit** people, have a little patience (sp)work with what you got cause you certainly can't change it. The Devs (how ever slow, bogged up, ect.) they get, they will eventualy fix *almost* everything in the game from bugs to content. Who knows, if the *True Rangers* behave like professionals...maybe...just maybe we would get things from our ever so long wish-list.

my 2 credits

This has nothing to do with acting like professionals, which I might point out that you did not do, That was a constructive list informing NRaas on what has been happening. I might add that if noone says anything then nothing will get done, not because we are nagging the devs but they need to know. Our wishlist can be however long it needs to be, these are just suggestions on how to fix/improve us, so the devs can take a look at that when they do focus on us, and actually have some choices. I am not sure what you are so upset about, but I would not consider myself as part of the same "true rangers" as you.

N'Raas,

Thank god you are back - they were starting to bid on which parts of me they'd get to tear off next.

Ranger is not a profession. It's a lifestyle.

I merely wanted to point an observation out.

What I am upset about though Turelsunstrider, is I never see anything constructive comeing from anyone, just lots of moaning and groaning. Its the same stuff over and over, nothing new.

Like I stated, it takes a certain breed of person to be a True Ranger. Your opinion of a True Ranger very well could possibly be different from mine, so what? I was just merely shareing an observation.

Better be a good loot item off of that, while we're at it. Do DeltaXi65's drop holocrons, anyone?

Ok, well I see alot of moaning and groaning on plenty of other boards, I am just saying that moaning and groaning about it is really just adding to the mess. No one thing I have to say is there there are ALOT of great constructive threads out there with some great Ideas. Sure I might take a special person to be a "true ranger" but its not just one type of person. I can understand people being frustrated with things, obviously its not just Ranger but alot of other things, either way I am not giving it up any time soon.
