So I tested Scout Related TN and as of last night +50 TN appears to be working properly. I stepped outside of Entha and I found a nice straight path with no barriers. It started as a flat surface and at the end turned into a hill with a few steep inclines. I set a starting waypoint and a target waypoint then began running straight. I timed myself for 1m at the end of which I took measurements, rinse repeat to get averages.
- Unarmed Novice Scout:240m
- Novice Scout with CDEF:230m
- Unarmed Master Scout:285m
- Master Scout with CDEF: 255m
That's an 18% increase when unarmed and about 10% increase when armed.
I couldn't test the armor certs because (of course) Scout has no Armor rating. As of now though things appear fine for the Scout related TN bonuses. Tonight I'll be taking up BH for the purposes of testing the movement hinderances.
