Why don't let suggest that overt factions members can display their faction's colors in the camp as opposed to the standard flags. Also, how about letting overt members put up defenses such as turrets

Something I would love to see is if your rebel/imperial a couple rebel/imperial troops pop up with your Tech camp to add a little defence...or maybe a turret or two? The camp just looks to menacing to not have a turret.

Lazer Fence: As for the lazer fences they should not only repel, but do damage (Congo Style).

Mission Terms: I believe I was one of the players that complained it didnt work hehe.

Game table: As for the game table it would be great...but wookiees always have to win...thats the rule you know. Ask Han

Bunkers: Im a wookiee (if you didnt tell from above) and I think i could wedge into one of need be! We arnt fat...we are big boned!

Leaving camps up: I think its a great idea...BUT....I have a dream! Cloning station in the camp! Maaaaybe a little far fetched and Planetsideish but still...today my brain is working strangly and these thing come to mine

Flares: Much like fireworks, if you leave your base up you can command it to fire a "flare" and you can find it again...WPs are sooo boring

*bumps for devs* Devs read! The other guys suggestions are ok and all but the flare idea....now that rocks! muhahah. No really...a dev needs to see this.
