Hi..I just finished the long road to master ranger finally. I was about to go on my first real hunt, and was sent off to find some avian meat on talus but the creatures there are absolutely no where to be found. I know swgcreatures.com is a good resource for finding the right creatures I need.. but does anyone have any general suggestions for finding large quantities of the creatures.. doesnt have to be in this case, just in general? Thanks for any advice.. I could use it

Well...i usually just roam around till i find a wild spawn.
Then i empty it, and go on to the next one.
(Unless theres a delivry that needs haste it seems to work pretty well for me)

Congratulations
Find a spawn of ANYTHING outside a newbie city and kill kill kill. It is very boring, but I got 10k avian a while back that way. You will get some avian from the birdies, other stuff wil spawn kill and harvest that to get the birdies to spawn again.

Congrats!!
I pick a couple of rasp / fynock missions off the term (pays for the bus fare), do them, then start area tracking for anything avian flavoured. THen its just a case of keeping hammering away at the spawn till it dies.
There'll be another one nearby, usually.

Congrats!
The way I hunt is to find an area where the spawns are "Fat & Healthy" then I clear out the wild lairs. Then you just wander the area waiting for new lairs to pop up. You will eventually get spawns of the meat you want.
