if that were true, i'd pull all my money together, and offer a 40 million credit buyout. that would be so awesome to own that place, and have the ability to decorate it and all.

Oreet only owns Storage houses on his lots.
Teero has his shop, a storage house, and the rest of the lots are factories
and all my harvisters are lot swap items. so i'll just pull up Oreet's houses and place it smack in the middle of my town on Lok.

I think Lok is the only place flat enough to place a building with that size footprint.
Would make a sweet house though lol. Personaly I want Theed Palace
