Was wondering who in here can give some amounts of what you are pulling solo and grouped off of creatures.

I'm trying to determine if I wanna give up the SP's for master Ranger when in a group of 4 we can pull almost15 to 20k of harvest off a lair.

was hunting on Dant tonight with the bloodfin AR guys and was getting between 600-750 units each from cl 79-82 level creatures. Ended up withover50k of the most crapulous scaly hide I've ever seen, 25k of equally mediocre leathery hide. Maxxed scout xp, trapping xp, carbines xp, combat xp (4x xp week:smileyvery-happy

.Oh, no veghash or anything like that - was only master ranger in group, but was grouped with lower-level ranger part of the time.

This is a question worth asking though - since harvest is now based on CL and you get a bonus from being grouped. Are there any non masters out there? How much are you guys harvesting from CL 79-81 monsters. Please don't say 600-750 units....

Ungrouped, shootinglevel 50-65 creatures on Dath solo I noticed that I was harvesting about the same amount as pre CU.

I was averaging 500 per kill on grauls and lesser plains bols last night in a group of 3, I was the only Ranger. I was only 0040 Ranger at the time, after some musical respec's, I'm now TKM / 2044 Ranger and working on master.

What level critters were they? To make a good comparison, we need to find out what a 80th level creature harvested by a non-ranger gets.

Also, a few days ago (and it may well have changed since then), 30 pt veghash seemed to increase my harvests about 15%. I didn't use it much because I was testing soloing and I only could get 1 creature per dose of veghash.

Last night I was able to get 20k of Naboo Bristley in about an hour or so, solo. I averaged about 650 units off level 82 male tusk cats.

I've been taking down CL 75 Torturs from mission terminals, and I have pulled about 550 units of either bone or hide from each one. No food bonuses, but I was grouped.

can i ask where you pull these male tusk cats from? I have been killing narglatches and they dont drop alot for naboo bristley hide. Can you pull missions if you get a big enough group?

I'm level 80, so I could get the mission by myself from a player city. I think some NPC citiesstill only give out low level missions (Keren does for sure). Try Moenia I think that gives out the high missions.

ok, here's my statistics:

lvl 82 creature (talus kahmurra)

Ranger: 850ish

Non-Ranger: 350ish

No other Rangers, but grouped both times.

We still win...so where's our revamp?

I appreciate the numbers people are posting. However, I am getting the impression that the amount of resources harvested is directly dependent upon the CL of the MOB. Is this confirmed to be true? Though I don't know for sure if this comparison is possible, would a CL50 avian critter drop the same meat as a CL50 herbivore/reptile/wild/etc creature?

If not, what type of meat seems to be harvested in the highest quantity given a static CL mob? I am not a ranger, but I do use their services quite frequently. This information is critical to establishing meat pricing in the new world (as you are all aware). Some of my new products require any type of meat so it would be good to know if I should be concentrating on a particular meat type to get a higher harvest count.

I'm only a Novice Ranger with just the currently capped (unless this has been fixed since last night) Trapping IV to go to get Master Ranger, but it appears to me its CL related, as I picked up the boxes in CH and Ranger it went up each time. Also being grouped helped loads in getting more unit yields. Yay first post and its in the Ranger Forums!!

Yeah, I've been pulling about 600ish per lvl 79-81 creature. I haven't seen a difference between types of creatures, just CLs. I'm digging being a ranger again...I just wish I had some def mods with it...
