Thread: How long would ranger take

I'm currently a Master TKA with 2 lines of the scout line done. I would like to Master Ranger (Yes I am a grinder) I can take on 5-7 rancors at once with no problems buffed. Anyone know how long it would take to get Master if I all I did was harvest from Rancors, trap rancors and use the hide and bone from the rancors to do the survial xp part of ranger. Think it's possible to do in a weekend?

Trapping took me 90 minutes, one line of the scout xp took me 2 hours, so 2 hours for the other line (probably less because I can harvest more now so more xp per kill). Not sure about the camping line though.

You may check my previous posts in the fact that none of them require a filter to block certain word usage. If you're half intelligent, you can carry a point without an "**edit**" in your posts.

Hey, n00b, why don't you actually look at stats. A master rifleman can outdamage 3 TKM's. And you're saying TKM's are overpowered? HAHAH

Oh, and I"ve also mastered rifleman, pistoleer, and pikeman. I can assure you that I've solo'd rancor lairs with buffs with each profession. Hell, I solo'd rancor lairs as a rifleman without being mastered. It's all about buffs and armor. Ignoring that makes you a troll.

Yes, I know how edit works, Jesus man, were we even talking about the workings of the profanity filiter on this forum. So I get one guy who implies I'm a moron because I supposedly don't know how the forum works, and another calling me a noob for not bowing down to TKA's and allowing them all the glory they feel justified upon them.

theres no good reason for flaming and useless bickering.
Yes, you can finish both trees of wayfaring and tracking very quickly, trapping even less time,
Camping however, is a little different, you need a lot of survival xp for this, crafting camps seems to be one of the fastest ways to do this. However, there is also setting up a looping macro with a ton of camps in your toolbar.
There is no command to disband a camp, so set the macro, go to work, school, clean your house, etc and you will get a bit of xp. However, 1000 xp per hr isnt the best way to do this.
get a friend who is grinding medic or doctor, and have a tumbler in your camp, let the medic grind in your camp, you will max your survival xp in about 5 to 9 minutes.

The last correspondent was a master TKA/Ranger. I'm a master TKA, and ex master Ranger (just waiting for them to give us some love before I spend the SP again). This guy's a master TKA and Ranger. I think maybe we know what we're talking about here.
By the way, as a Wookiee, even with my new 53% kinetic armor and full buffs, I can't take on 5 Rancors at once. So it *IS* all about the armor.
