Thoughts? Comments?
I like that we can plop a camp anywhere. It'll make it a bit more handy.
Vehicle thing... dunno how I feel.
I'm happy about the CH fixes though

+ turrets tbh
I like the change, had multiple times where i have gotten "you can not place a camp so close to a lair" and no lair in sight

Two publishes in a row with a bullet point for scouts/rangers. However, as much I like that they did something for us... why that? Walkingthirty meters away from a lairso I could place my camp wasn't a gamebreaking issue. Or so I would imagine, if I ever had a reason to place a camp. I hate to sound ungrateful, but a trap fix would have been nice.

Wonder how close in to Eisley I can get a camp now?
Sticking to the line of the 'cliffs' I can get pretty close, so long as there are no lairs, visible or invisible....
yeah, I know, but it's the little things like this that keep me playing... sad, but true

For the typical group - hunting Bols on Dantooine - a camp has no function whatsoever. What purpose could it have to a group that will be moving again in 5 minutes? There are other things they could have dealt with, and Traps are definitely something that would qualify

I'm not able to get onto TC just yet, so maybe someone that's been can answer... is it only proximity to lairs? I'd LOVE it if they allowed you to place closer to lairs AND closer to "those random stupid buildings folks drop in the middle of nowhere". I've been in areas where the dang buildings were JUST close enough that I had to go a fair distance to be able to actually drop a camp. Annoying as all getout, but like so many things... I suppose I'll find a way around it if this doesn't address it... or just keep wandering farther and farther away from "civilized" folk.

well, we all know the laser fence causes all stalkers within 150m to head our direction like oreet to a bug-light, so letting us drop a camp near a lair is like saying "go ahead, make my day"... ie: they really do want us gone.
p.s. The above was meant to distract Oreet from the Corr elections so we can get a bothan in and not meant as an actual insult.

Disabled AV21's and Jetpacks can now be repaired at garages.
i like that bit.
and the being able to set down camps near lairs will actually be useful, i think, especially in certain areas of dath where lairs abound. i'm glad they made this change.
