I'm in Miami, which keeps getting narrowly missed. I got hit by Andrew though, and it was bad enough that I still talk about it like it was just a couple of years ago. Good luck, Jaxus.

Escambia was going to be out at least another week or so, looks like it'll be into October. And that's so long as the rest of the season is calm.
Sorry, just grumbling. Worried about folks in that neck of the woods.

Well seemed to make it. I lost power for a bit. Back on by the time i returned home. Wife and kids were ok. Phone was on whole time. UNTIL i got home 12 hours after the storm passed. On phone with Inet provider to see if my DSL could be up soon and i hear CLICK???? Dead!!!
Call Bellsouth.......OCT 26th i will prob get service back. Including Inet. RAZZZER FRAZZZER!!!!
I am lucky all i have lost is phone and my roof leaks alittle due to the direction of the wind. Others have it 110% worse than i If you are ito the north of Palm Beach. My prayers are with you.
Also When we get this done and over with. I will invite my fellow rangers Who went through thisto meet in orlando for A beer on me.

Well its not over yet. You have another one coming at you. And the season still has a month left. This time their worried about tornados spawning from it.

Up here in Atlanta, it was just very rainy and windy and didn't take the power out like Ivan did a couple of weeks ago. At least not where I live. I won't complain about the power being out for a day though, since my friend lives in Pensacola and had to deal with being powerless for a week... not to mention lack of running water.
