I seem to have a penchant for moving. This time, I'm back in upstate NY, but in the woods overlooking a lake. Thank god that even out here, they have broadband.

and you should know by now that I have a bug zapper ready any time, Oreet. Get near me with those clippers and I'll turn it on. lookit the pretty lights.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.

Just for those of you who were thanking the deity (or demon) that you worship that I had left the forums...I'm here to show you how powerless those deities and demons are to stop me and my verbosity.

So yeah, I moved (again). And had to wait for internet (again). But now I'm back (again). So there (again).

whereabouts in upstate ny? I lived in syracuse for 23 years before hitting chicago. The one thing I don't miss about upstate is the damn winters. Nothing like having 4 feet of snow drop in 1 night. Lost my car for 2 weeks till the snow melted enough to see it again. Had to dig it out with a stick. This was back in jan of 94 about a week after I moved out of my parents for the first time. Man that sucked. Hope you like it in upstate. Nice looking area but I don't miss it one bit.
