Let's just say Mr. Gorax still calls me sir. Took about 7 minutes but he fell like a brick. No bones unfortunately. Pub 20 isn't gonna slow me down.

#2 just feel like a little girl with a skinned knee and left me a set of 6 115 dmg bones. There's no slowing down today.

damn right. #3 just fell inbetween posts. Getting a pet or a droid might speed things up a bit but when you've spent hours sitting in a camp you don't tend to worry about speed

it's the highest complient one Ranger can pay to another.

Awesome news on Mr Gorax. I've been toying with Mr G.D. Kimo most of today, and having GREAT fun doing it. Having a pet definitely helps speed things - nothing like (Smacky) over there just chipping away at Mr Kimo shot after shot after shot, following him like a lost little puppy (well, as much as a probot can be like a puppy). He doesn't do a LOT of damage in one shot, but the roughly 100 or so he does per shot, about every second or so, definitely speeds things along.

As far as I know, the only thing we HAVEN'T heard about is Mr Krayt. JB...?

mr ancient is next on my list. shouldn't be too bad but the regen rates will suck for me being i don't usae my pet. gonna take forever

I'm not worthy to roll with you guys. Maybe one day when im all grown up, but not today. This post just inspiered me to go out, learn more, and perfect my craft.

I haven't had a chance to tangle with Mr Krayt Ancient, but Mr Giant Krayt still knows vwoosh-hum means a yummy Jedi is next to him and bang-bang means 'aww #$%^ Ki'ara's here'. It did take a long time though. And involved a LOT of running around and trying not to run around into other spawned dragons.

So does this mean p-dart is still a viable trap for us to use hunting?

What does it do now?

I'm asuming that as it's supposed to be a snare not a root it just slows them down and you kite the mob and juts reapply the trap when needed instead of firing off the traap and standing there blasting ewithout risk now?

P-darts still slow them the hell down, but I am having a problem getting them to stick reliably, (Trapping 80 , a Trapping +1 CA and Dweezel (adds another 21) = 102). Of course, I have time having taken Pistoleer 0403 so that I can keep them entertained. Just wish I knew how to get my CL up to 80 and retain Ranger skills. Am MRifleman, Pistoleer 0403 and Ranger 0002 and cl 68. Forget solo hunting, getting one cl80 ranged person to help out with alternating roots and snares and to keep shooting while I'm darting (P- and K-, and glow-wires as a prayer devotional; with enough faith they will work eventually) makes the Krayts go by. Of course, all find are the Canyon varieties these days.

Getting a lot of smuggler slicing goodies on these Krayts... I rather think they ate the Mos Eisley cantina.

Hmm. I'm not sure what your issue is. I'm Master Rifleman, Master Ranger, Marksman 4014, Enh Prowess 0010and am CL80.

EDIT: Just spoke to a co-worker, fellow gamer, and he thinks to make CL80 it takes two Master Elites (both combat professions.) Ranger and Doctor for this purpose is considered acceptable. I don't know or understand the nitty-gritty details.
