there will be no revamp, just a stroke session. LOL. I mean honestly 1 year later, and nothin changed. You think they are going to "focus all their collective mind" on smuggler? No. They are going to have their hands full with the next incredibly bold but impossibly bug ridden undertaking.... JTL. All the while youll be getting a "sorry-- butwe cannot help you with that we are busy with our thumbup our tailpipe..." email back from the csr, and a phone service that gives you 5 minutes of irrelevant BS... and a list of options that always threads back to the main menu-- without helping you,and a tech support staff that doesnt even know what GAME they are supposed to be helping you with.
All at50% more of the subscription cost than youraverage MMORPG. And the funny part is... Im not even joking.
anyhow bottom lineforsmugglerisyouget "faction perks", and can slice weapons.not bad really since slicing weapons is a unique feature that is going to always be in demand... and faction perks... well your gonna need em probably, since youll be mopping the floor with your face in pvp. Then again, thats part of the challenge, ya know... cant be a smuggler without being a bit of a gambling man.

Hence the HUGE delay in my mastering. I just couldn't put it off any longer, even if it is mostly worthless

Well I finally mastered it...took me long enough (I was novice smuggler by +4 release I think). Now I just need to wait for our revamp!

After about two weeks of making up for lost time trying for that lesser profession (BH) I finally saw the light and made Ranger. As of right now I am 1/0/1/1 and master marksman with Novice rifleman on Ahazi. I look forward to working with the other Rangers.

Welcome and good luck on Mastering, but then no one will fault you for dabbling really, it's quite understandable if you choose to do that as well.

See ya. Good luck out there.
WoW never looked very inviting to me. I'm never really into midevil/fantasy-themed games like that. Dragons, knights, elves, trolls... it's just never been my thing.
Actually, at the moment, there really isn't any "good" MMORPGs out. They're all pretty bland and basically a copy of another one.
I'm still waiting for Auto Assault (I'm in the beta) and Gundam Online to come out. Spring 2006...
