Heh, that's certainly true for me. Pre-pub 17 I gathered a bunch of resources and made factory runs of dant, dath, and naboo camo kits. Selling 25 item crates of them for 45k, 50k, and 40k respectively (I think they're 9, 13, and 7 use kits, also respectively). That price seems more than reasonable to me. I suppose I haven't been advertising too much, but I've only sold about 5 crates. With the wooly hide going for 40 cpu, I think it's obvious where the real money and demand are.

You'll be hard pressed to find someone to buy them, at least at their current effectiveness. Hopefully that will change.

I am not selling them yet, im just giving them to guildies and friends...

anyone else, not unless they ask nicely. (except for the guy i met yesterday in the etyyy trail who i camoed and helped out..)

Well I posted a general price range and a bit about the camo kits on my galaxy trade forum and so far have gotte two requests. One was a combat player who wanted to go through the DWB and the Geo Cave undetected, but another was a serious crafter (I think)who wanted a crate of each. so we will see.... but if that doesnt work out, anyone know whats hot on Eclipse right now?

Yeah, I figured as much so I didnt sell it to him. But he was asking for three of Endor and three Yavin... could have made quite a bit of cash hehe

I set up a vendor about a week and a half ago. I'm selling the kits at 100 creds per usage till there is a market for them. Then I'll be raising the prices from 100-500 creds per usage depending on what planet they are for. So far I've sold 2 dath crates and a Kashyyyk crate. Made about 85k so far. 1 thing I have noticed is on the galaxy wide vendor search in the crated section there is only an option to look up Lok camo kits. Not sure if this is a bug though. I need to check some other galaxies in a bit and make an official report.

What I would suggest, is to not sell any until you've done a full factory run for EVERY planet. Then you can put one crate from each planet and sell it as a bundle. I think you will do MUCH better business this way. You may get stragglers who want only 1 or 2 planets, but I think most crafters like the idea of buying a pack that will help them on any planet.

You won't be rich beyond on your dreams, but it's a fun project nonetheless.

Dropped a couple on the bazaar (on eclipse) in Bestine, at 1k per charge, they sold pretty quick. Don't know if it's just a one-time thing, or people would actually buy more than once.
