Here's the thread where we all post what our free holocron told us to master, and then scoff in disdain.

So we got them already? It's not xmas yet.

Not been on yet. If it's an Entertainer type, I will never have a Jedi. Period.

Mine says Master Swordsman. One question...it said "In order to continue your path, you must must...." Do they all say that? Or, does your first one not use the word continue? I was thinking maybe by using the word continue, I had mastered one of my professions already, but if they all use that wording, then it doesn't mean anything.

I absolutely refuse to be taken in by this holocron madness. I really, honestly, truly do believe that the Devs had the best intentions when the crafted this Free Holo as a gift deal, but in the end, it's simply going to create holo-hunters out of a lot of people who had resisted the temptation thus far.

Yeah, I didn't mean to imply that I'd be taking up Weaponsmith anytime soon. I find the holocron craze pretty retarded, myself.

I had decided that if I ever looted a holocron, I'd make a video of myself destroying it and then post it on the boards, but with the free holocron thing I think the impact would be a little diluted . I checked mine because I have to admit that I was curious.

Of course, 5 minutes later I realized that I could have just shuttled into the Coronet starport and sold it for half a mil.

Question. Do Holocrons only work one time? I have never seen one not that I want to if I get one i may just sell it. Was never interested in being a Jedi but was curios if I looked if someone else could use it after I did??

They work once and disappear. Except if you have learned all the professions that are required (though you may need to learn more), then the holocron is "silent" and you can give it to someone else to use.

OK, I am at work. Sigh, the curse of the gaming class.

If perchance my holocron says - Musician, dancer, hair dresser, chef or BH - I will find the house of each and every Dev and paint it some god-awful color. I swear this before all that is holy, unholy and/or undecided.

I'm not going to open mine, as I have no urge to become a Jedi. Ranger is good enough for me.
