I'm making crates for my shop and trying to decide which types to focus on. Adhesive Mesh and Glow-Wire are both go's. Favorites?

For gaining xp? Wire mesh, the trap that keeps on trapping.

For real? Sticky mesh and phecnacine.

Phecnacine Dart and the Glow Wire Trap. Now, as far as if the Glow Wire Trap actually does make the mob more vulnerable...honestly I don't know, but I keep telling myself it does so that's why I like it. LOL

Phenacine and Glow-wire.

Glow-wire because I do think it works quite well. Phenacine because it does that the adhesive mesh should do, it seriousl immobilises the target, which is really useful for two situations. 1) When the target attacks you and you can't sustain the pounding you're taking; you dart it, it slows down, you get the chance to put some distance between it and you. 2) Launching surprise attacks, snaring the thing in place before you even start attacking it.

(Note, in all these situations, I'm a rifleman, I kill at long range).

I didn't use buffs or uber armour, so why did the combat revamp have to spoil my game?

I moslty hunt in groups still, providing the back-up a ranger in my opinion should, so my absolutle favourite has to be the wire mesh.....

And for the 3 hide and 3 bone it takes to make, *you don't get anything for free*, the wire mesh almost does the job!

a lonnngggg way behind the wire mesh has tobe the Glow wire, always handy for helping out the newb or medic whos being chased by a mob

I'm sure a few of my hunting mates would agree :-)

Grinding xp for Fs at 25-1, I am using the hell out of wire mesh, glow juice and surprisingly, bone spurs. Bone spurs are one time use, but I forgot they blind so well. The others stack, and I will toss 5 if given a chance.

Pdarts and glowwire for real, with my new friend, bone spurs.

wire mesh and p darts.

Wire mesh for xp and because they lower melee defense so my melee attacks are more likely not to miss. P darts cuz the slow the creatures reaction time and movement, causing the ratio of my hits to the creature's hit to increase in my favor for a brief time. I especially use this while fighting Rancors unbuffed.

Glow wire and flash bangs. I'm a Master Swordsman, and I'm not sure the glowwire makes much of a difference now but it certainly did while working my way up the Swordsman profession. Flash bangs are great for those social creatures, blinding several that are attacking me while I attack several of them.

Hunting the big ones - Pdarts, glow wire and sharp bone spurs.

Scaring noobs - flash bombs. Toss one where the noob can't see you doing it and then ask the noob what in the hell just happened. They think their weapon exploded.

Difference between P-Dart and Adhesive mesh. Mesh stops its target P-dart slows them down. P-dart lasts longer and has a better odds of sticking then mesh.
