How many of you are still playing the ground game more than JTL? I've noticed a huge drop in docs and chefs since JTL and it seems that those in need of organic resources are in short supply. Are the glory days over?

I have it mixed. Do some flying, do some ground. Meat is still selling to my regulars, as people are still grinding FS.

Yep, playing AED far more than JtL. I'm changing my template around ( and dropping Master Ranger down to Master Scout sadly, just not worth the SP at the moment
) so I enjoy that a lot of players are now FS grinders or Space Aces
Actually, I've only played an hour or two in space. Can't decide if I want to be a Rebel pilot or a Freelancer flying for the RSF, so I keep switching all the time

I spend more time on the ground than in space, my time is 50% hunting creatures and harvesting their resources, 25% tracking for a Jedi, 25% space.
Space is fun, but huntingis funner

Im grounded because i havnt got JTL. The mess up about the UK launch dates realy got to me so i said *(something realy bad)* im not getting it. I may get it in a 5/6 months or so but i have no desire to atm. I beta tested and had lots of time to fly around then.

I play ground more than JTL still. I am a bit stuck on tier three so my time in space consists of sneaking into endor space (Endor - theres a big surprise
) and take pot shots at higher level ships, hoping for that capacitor that will let me sail through the rest of tier three. Hey, I can dream.
Other than that - too many characters, too little time! I am having a lot of fun still on the ground. Being on dathomir I've met up with my old nemesis - Dath spiders. I think I leveled all of Ranger scout xp and most of Creature Handler on those things when pet stims were big business. It feels good to be relearning their habits, and how fast they take down my tanks.
A lot of fun.

I'm probably doing more time in space atm as I'm enjoying that more than the ground game these days.
BUT...
Am now in Tier 3, still managing to knock the odd ship down with my z95 and running grouped in a Y-wing for the heavier stuff. There are only so many hours you can look at the screen though, all the whizzy stars and flashy lights, befor eyou need to take a break and head for the ground.
I will be breaking my weeks gaming up between flight missions, hunting on the deck with a couple of friends and trying to develop my TC toons a bit more as they've been sadly neglected (largely due to TC CTD'ing and hten needing patching, repatching and patching again).
Reckon I'm needing to get in with an active group of hunters on Bria though, might help perk things up a bit again

I'm pretty much just using my ship for transportation. I actually think they did a pretty good job with the JTL game, but I just haven't felt compelled to progress beyond even Tier 1. Same thing happened with Freelancer, which the space game seems a lot like. I got about halfway through the game, really enjoyed it, but didn't feel a great urge to level up.

Oh, I went hunting yesterday - at least I wanted to. Went to Rori and... it was dead. I ran around for 1 hour, and there was not one creature - it was creepy. Just some NPC here and there, and a Jedi Shrine that told me some strange sentences...
Hmmm now I think about it, I guess I know who flies those black sun ships. I remember how I told my guild that some enemys were flying like drunken vir vurs...
