Bohemian Grove is nestled in the northern mountains of Tatooine. Because of winds and our elevation, it's about 15 degrees (C) cooler than Bestine. My PA has it's HQ sitting in a beautiful oasis valley ~2km away, so it's quick and easy to get a swim after a dusty ride in from the big city.

The city was built, and is maintained by Skycaster Omnimedia (SO), my entertainment company. There are no taxes (except for an occasional 1% sales tax used to track vendor sales). I host my large party series, Groovefest (or just GF) there.

We have had some smaller events like weddings and birthday parties as well. After GF4 (March 19-21) I will be opening the mall full time and charging for vending space. I'll be hiring a few event coordinators to run things like weekly PvP, open mic nights, and more.

Anyway, just wondering what you all think of our little mountain town.

Not bad, but the PA mall is a little bit far from the bank making transfers of money before/after shopping a bit difficult as well as filling the area so you can't squeeze in merchant tents if you ever think of expanding it. Otherwise it looks pretty nice, especially the cantina's name

Yeah, I don't ever plan on having merchant tents. I really don't like them.

I'm projecting sales of over 800Mcr at GF4 (I'll be tracking sales with a 1% sales tax), I don't think the distance to the bank will have any effect, people know to bring their credits when they come to my town.

I can do that for sure. I'm a graphic designer in RL, so I got the skills. I took screen shots with the overhead map up, stitched them together in Photoshop, then overlaid that with vector outlines of the buildings in freehand, where I laid down the text and color.

I'd love to do that for you Goliath, let's talk more...

GF4 Reminder: The first 44 mayors to contact Irasha, the GF4 Political Coodinator, will be put on the VIP list for the Mayor's House at GF4. I'll be hosting a reception/party Saturday night there as well.

pretty well laid out north to south but you have no consistent pathway east to west, one avenue with a small garden would make a world of difference.
