Attention Rebel Guild Leaders and Rebel Politicians:

In order for us to have an organized presence on Sunrunner which will lead to the destruction of the Empire I believe we should reinstate the Senate. The Senate shall be made up of Mayors of Rebel Cities and the Leaders of Rebel Guilds. Each planet should have at least weekly Planetary Senatorial Sessions to come together on issues or ideas of that planet, before a larger monthly Galactic Senatorial Sessions is held. To avoid having over 1,000 representatives attending the Galactic Senatorial Session and bogging down everyone's computers, each Planetary Senate should choose at the most 5 members to represent the planet in the Galactic Senate. Each planet's Senate can convene at different places every week or build a permenant Planetary Senate Hall to defy the Imperials. However, the Galactic Senate Hall will be decided upon at the first Galactic Senatorial Session. This will allow for us to decide what shall be the defacto "Capital" of the Rebel Alliance. Representatives for the Galactic Senate will be "in office" for the calendar month and can be voted out or replaced the next month, this is up to the respective planet's Senate. After each planetary Senate session the names of the Senators chosen to represent the planet shall be emailed to aSenate Admin Clerk.If Senators are not present for the convening of the Planetary Senate, or the Galactic Senate they will be counted absent and will not have a vote.

We should use this to identify issues that plague the rebels such as regular attacks on cities by the Imperial Forces, or joint strikes, or whatever. I identified politicians for this because there should be some sort of goal or organization to look forward to as a politician especially if the planet's city cap has been reached. I also want rebel guild leaders to do this because I realize there are rebel guilds that don't belong to a city but represent guilds that run into 50 or 60 members.

Let's defy the Emporer and reinstate the Old Republic Senate as the Rebel Senate!!!
