Metophorically, of course.
Starwars Galaxies is finished. The talent has moved on to greener fields, and the scrubs are running the show. There has been nothing productive to come of player cities... only methods of destruction (6 week citizen thing).
Look around. The cities (NPC and player, alike) are dwindling. The player base is shrinking, and the game is about to die. The utter silence from SOE only seems to reinforce this.
The game is over, Folks... move along.

...and yet our city keeps growing and having more and more fun. The game have only begun.
