Ok, I know I have seen it somewhere around here but after about 3 hrs searching this boards I cant find it...

Someone has a decent website to help plan and layout a city. I have also seen some pretty sweet pics of city plans and maps. I was wondering if someone had a link to either a proggy I can d/l or a site I can use.
