Last week was bad enough, I did NOT get my experience for the election, and running unopposed matters little, I should have gotten the whole ball of wax here, all 1500 exp.. *yeah, our city is small, and we kind of like it that way for now*. It took the CSR's up until last night to fix that situation, I had to draw them a road map of exp and what I have gotten and have not gotten. So, last night, just 2 hours before the election for this week hits, they dump my 1500 exp points on me. WOOT!! I thought.. boy, that was a mistake.

I log on today, server reset enables me to get my new exp, or it should have.. We now have 16 citizens, so, I should have received 1600 exp points, what do I get for my week long efforts from fighting for the week before? A BIG FAT ZERO..

That's right, for the 2nd week in a row, a big bug has kept me from receiving my exp. What's a person to do with this? I don't know of anyone else that is having this same problem, atleast not anyone that I have read about, and yet, I have been hit by this 2x now.

I'm sure the CSR's are going to sit back and say, hey, we awarded you your 1500 exp from last week, we're not going to do it again. Why should they? It's a bug, they aren't going to fix it, and yet, I'm the one paying 2x over for this.. I'm paying for this account, so that I can 'enjoy' the game, and I'm paying by not being able to level my character up.

Can our fearless Team Leader here present this to someone to look into? Perhaps there are others having similar issues, yet, not putting it on the forums here, after all, not everyone uses forums or even know of their exsistance. It's tiring paying 45 dollars a month (*I have 2 accounts, my wife has 1), and getting this kind of service. If it wasn't for the fact that it would screw my friends over, I'd pull the plug on Politician and to hell with it, but I'm not that way. I will be discussing this with them in the coming days/evenings and if I haven't received any satisfaction over this issue, and it happens for a third time, I will be pulling the plug on my accounts, and withdrawing from the game.

This isn't a threat, this is just the way it is, getting bugged to death and paying for it is not what I call entertainment or even fun. I don't laugh or cry foul, I just want what is mine or atleast what should be mine.

Ok... rant is over.. thanks for letting me get it off my chest.. if anyone else has a suggestion on how to bi-pass this situation again, please, feel free to post on it.
