House Placement:

For many Cityplanners it should be a common situation, that house placement would be a lot easier if the Mayor could place a house himself which he in turn could transfer to the new citizen. This structure would cost the Mayor no lots for maybe an hour could of course not hold items as long as it stands without lot usage - after the expiration period of one hour the house would either take up lots or will diminish if there are no lots free.

Terrain hindrance is exaggerated, 1 meter deep trenches should not keep me from building a house.

Oh did I ever mention, that I want the former footprint for medium Naboo Houses back?

Condemned Structures:

Mayors should have the abillity to destroy condemned sturctures inside of the city borders(or packup them up once its implemented) to free up dead space for new citizens.

Structure Names:

Names are part of how a city looks, and also subject to harassment by players, that like to choose insulting names for there structures - Mayors should have measures by which they can change such names. Sure this could enable mayors to grief citizens, but who would want to live in a city with such a Mayor anyways? Though Mayors might even loose an election by such behavior.

Citizen Management:

- There should be a way to contact all citizens exept for drawin out money from the treasury.

- Also should it be possible for a Mayor to see who the owner of a structure within city boundaries is without having to start investigations for players, that may have allready cancled.

- Taxes and their flowshould be documented, and be it only peringame mail.

Those are some featrues I'd really much like to see
