what is the you can not declare for XX number of hourss? i have 2 more people who need to declare in my city before the city timer destrois my city hall... and they cna't declare for 13 hours while there is only 4 hours left. what do i do, and or what is this? any help is appreciated, thanks!

You can only declare residency once every 24 hours. Once you declare, you must wait 24 hours before you can declare again.

You'll have to find two more people, or let the city hall go poof and try again.

well, my friend has been playin for a year and a half and has had his home on talus for most of that time. He takes his home down, and moves to my city. i put the home down, and he goes to declare. says "You must wait 11 hours until you can declare". He waits 11 hours, plus server shut down, goes to declare and says "You must wait 30 hours to declare". Then he goes to declare after two days. "You must wait 24 hours".... So whats with that?

And he hasn't been able to declare anywhere? Have him send in a CSR ticket.
