it seems that some citys maint have been bugged - sofar it only appears to be thoese who had a update (voteting period end) just before server downtime orhad it's update after the wensday server uptime.

the bug isthat the city has been double charged (reciving another email) - on farstar my city and another sofar has beengetting the money back from CSR after a ticket and a good explanation - currently CSR-Allyshal is working on the project atleast on farstar.

mayors, check your emails - could be that you have been double charged.
