Check your city terminal and see when it says your next update is. The server reset may have interfered with your city update. You may need to get in touch with a CSR.

Shuttleports require a city to be rank 4 (minimum of 55 citizens).

I have a city on Lok that made level 3 (35 folks) yesterday. At the time, I got a message that said we where a city. After server reset we have been set back to township or is this where we should be? But I guess the most important question is can I get a shuttleport at this level or do I need to work on getting a population of 55 (level 4 city)?

Our city has been coming along very slowly, mostly cause we are selective in our membership - maybeeven a bit lazy about recruiting *shrugs*. Level 4 could be 6 months down the road and our poor dancer has a hard time traveling the 2k meters to the closest shuttle.. She's on the bottom of the Kimo food chain it seems

Probably easy questions to answer but us folks on Lok don't get out much (mostly due to an outbreak of Kimo's in the area) and abit ofenlightenment would be appreciated.
