uhh sry for the dumb question but what does the milita actually do? thus far all i know is grant zoning right

They seriously need to bring back the ability to attack other players inside the city after a warning. I'm newer to the boards, but not the game. Why did they nerf that great tool?
I spent plenty of time dodging militia in Rebel cities I was banned in. lol
And it would be great to do more then say "hey - go away" if you don't want them around. lol
It should be all part of the game, and no, I don't believe I should walk around where I'm not wanted officially. Otherwise, the restrictions at Jabba's and the Rebel and Imperial themeparks should be removed as well. There you're banned till you prove yourself...
Just some thoughts...

umm what all can a milita do in a city? jus a bit curious cause as far as i know all they're good for is handing out rights to place structures

Pretty much. Unfortunately. With the removal of /citywarn the only things they have left is /grantzoningrights, /cityban, and /pardon.
In a city with the stronghold specialization, Militia members get a +50 bonus to all defense rolls against other players (PvP).
