Any one know...and is there any other ways to get xp for mayor?

300 xp per vote plus 750 a week if you are the mayor. No other way to get it beyond this. You can hit master faster this way than back in the old if you get 100% so good luck with that. If it's a new town shouldn't be too hard but if you inherited a metro...yeah, good luck.
