Just wanted to make sure my math is correct here. It will take 2040 votes to achieve Master Politician? Think this will make Politician one of the longest skills to master assuming a general population of between 50-100.

Well, seeing that some of the xp requirements have changed apparently, anyone know how many votes you will need for Master?

Last I saw it was 1000 xp for first tier skills, 2500 for second, 5000 for third and 10,000 for fourth. Add that up and multiply by the four branches of the skill tree and you get 74,000 (check my math).

That means you need 740 votes to learn all skills in the tree. This will be a slow process in the beginning but could go faster in the future when player cities are larger.

Well you could sit and grind it by making buttons and pins and campaign materials, and shout, "Vote for me!" running through the streets of every major city. You get exp for that.

Well I hit Master about three hours ago. Anyone beat me?

2:30 am central Dec 27th.

The city specilizations at master don't work.

I don't have an option to have more than one specilization or duel specilizations listed in manual. This basically makes master worthless.

City updates have been changing all the time. They run on one week cycles but that's server up time, not real time. So if your server is down for longer than others (the phased loading is one example) then your cycle may not be the same as another City on a different server. Our cycle has slid to Sat or Sun now on Chilastra.

The original cities are now around 1 AM I think on Sundays on Scylla, too.

Congrats on Master. How many citizens do you have? Or did you get a windfall from the daily city updates?

We have an original city. It updated on Friday night about 9:30p pst. (vs. original placement Thursday morning about 11:30a pst)

I just achieved Master Politician (not that it means anything). There is no other profession in the game that gets NOTHING for achieving Master.

Please add faction affiliations to cities. It was stated prior to implementation of cities, that their purpose was so that we could "claim" a part of the Galaxy as our own. Well my part of the Galaxy needs to be faction affiliated.

Another good bonus would be Alliance bonuses, where two cities could sign a treaty and get defense bonuses when citizens are in one another's cities.

Not buying JTL. Its just more of the same bugged game.
