What are the ways to get Polictician xp? What are the fastest ways? What pays what?

Get voted for every 3 weeks. 300 xp per vote and a bonus 750 for incumbents.

So if I just got elected and am 100xp shy of my next skill I have to wait 3 weeks?

no ... wait one week and you will get 750 XP for nothing* (you get these 750 XP every week if you are the mayor)

Oh it is? Heh, sorry about the misinformation then. I don't get xp anymore since I've been a high end poli for so long. I thought it was 300 xp per vote and an overall boost of 750 at the end of the voting cycle.
