Well we have run the boost from fiscal 3 for a week and frankly if it gives any benefit it is imperceptible and really not worth the money. We will be getting the fiscal four boost this week and we shall see what exactally it does.

I am guessing it dosn't give a 15% boost to your experiment ability but really a +15% to your roll when you hit run experiment basically tiny big lower chance of crit failures and slighty better chance at the higher rolls.

We have the Manufacturing Center specialization in our city now.

Here is one of our resident crafter's experience with it

hrm thats odd because as a weaponsmith I see ZERO difference in anything after crafting quite a bit this afternoon after having turned manufacturing center on

I'm able to turn on Research now...will post results soon in its own thread, but it also costs 125k a week for Research....Last I heard it was 80k. Did I miss something?

Please help if you can.

I have the option of getting to Fiscal 4 this week - allowing for the skill that gives crafters a +15% in final experimentation phase.

After talking to crafters... many are skeptical that this will not take them over their cap. Thus masters are not ready to commit to town until we know this answer.

Does anyone have the ability to specifically define what these Crafter Specs will do - and how effective they are?

Please let me know
