Gardens will sometimes redeed other civic structures when you go to redeed and move them. It happened to my shuttleport and bank. Decided not to push my luck after that. This is an item that needs an URGENT HOTFIX before someone loses their city hall. This happened with small gardens. Also gardens lose their name when you redeed to "small garden" or "medium garden" making it rather difficult to figure out which is which when moving them around.

UG! Wish I would have read this BEFORE I accidently destroyed my Shuttleport... luckily the shuttle redeeded, but that ugly garden is still there

At least you can get yours to even redeed, mine won't even redeed or destroy. Actually now that I think about it I only get the option to destroy it, how are you guys redeeding it.
