I posted a message and sent a bug report last sunday, but it hasn't been fixed. I am the mayor of Harmonia on Lok of Starsider. I tried to place artisian mission terminals but nothing appeared, and it counted toward my limit. Please help/advise.

So, the question is, did youplace it on the porch of a building? They bug and clip to the ground, not the structure floor.

I did, But the bounty hunter and regular terminals worked.

Artisan terminals fall the floor every time

Happend to me, CSR was able to raise it back up to the porch.

Both Artisan and Entertainer terminals have fallen through the porch for me too. I opened a CSR ticket asking them to be moved onto the porches and in both cases they were fixed within 24 hours. send in a CSR ticket.
