Thread: Declaration of citizenship

Does a person have to be a declared resident in their home before they can declare citizenship? Reason I ask, is that for business purposes, I share a house with two other people, thus saving on lots and on maintenance costs. However, you must be the owner of the building to declare, so only one of us gets the option.

Yup, you have to declare in a house you own, wich means more items in the data base and in cities. I really want the share a house plan,,,
