Hi everyone, quick question:

I logged on this evening after a two day hyatus from the game. My city updates on Friday mornings, but when I logged on today to look at the notification e-mail, i found that my city had in fact NOT been updated. And now whenever I check the city hall terminal it says "City Update: error" Anyone know what the deal is?

It's in the process of updating. Unfortunately the process can take anywhere from a few minutes to more than 24 hours (my last one took 31 hours, prior ones took less than 2). As long as it says error, you will get the update.

I know this isn't much consolation but I've been there, done that, so I know patience is the only thing that helps. Well, ok...I did kick the city hall terminal a few times out of frustration but I don't think that hurried the process any.

Had that happen to our city as well 2 weeks ago. The mayor logged in to the Official Chatroom from the Launchpad and contacted the CSR there. Within an hour or so a CSR came to our city and upgraded for us.

Uh, so WE don't want it, and YOU don't want it in for PvP--then why is it still there??
