Thread: Flags as City decoration.

I have heard rumors of Tailors being able to craft flags, even the flag poles.. as well as information about them being able to change the colors, placing designs, and color veriations.. Is this all true, and to anwser the most basic question, are there even flags? Love it if someone could clear this up. Thanks.

Not yet. Not on test center either, I'm pretty sure, but my TC character isn't a master yet.
