Has anyone tried to remove a militia member recently?

I'm have a problem removing members, it says it is successful but it doesn't remove them from the list, nor does it remove the tag next to their name in the citizenship list.

I don't know if this is because they're not in the city or if they are not on planet. They were online though.

Do I have to wait an amount of time? Or is it buggy like the guildremove and needs to be executed over and over again until it happens?

you can only remove a militia member if they are one online and two in the city, I have already talked to a csr about this and reported it as a bug. A mayor sould be able to remove someone from the militia at any time. Not have to wait for that person to be online and in the city.
