in 3 days I'll be taking over my city, many of the residents would really, really like to change to the city name (the old mayor went with a name different than what most people wanted). Can I do this?

The city hall is also in a rather strange location (right infront of a moutain) that prevents building behind it, can I move city hall, or is it fixed? (pretty sure I'm screwed on this one)

1. Yes, the mayor can change the name of the city.

2. No, you cannot move a City Hall.
