Hiya,

I've looked through the FAQs and such and I wasn't able to find the specific answer I'm looking for.

So a scenario would be:

There is a mayor of an established city, there is no desire to place any more items in the city and there is no desire to make the city larger. Thecity has an established militia to provide any services needed. The Mayor has some obligations where they will not be able to log into the game for 4 weeks. Noone runs for mayor against the current mayor and they also do not get any votes. Would the city remain intact after the election?

I assume yes the city would remain intact, but we all know what happens when you assume
