A city can be built on any planet exceptYavin, Dath and Endor.

Since some cities aren't registered for various reasons, a good way to find them is by looking on your planetary map for terminals. When you see some that are out somewhere there is no city listed, it's an unlisted player city. You'll have to go look and see what they're at & then count up how many there are at each level. The city cap on the three main planets is 10, I don't know the rest of the levels or the other planets off the top of my head.

That's the cap of rank 4 cities on a main planet ... If I remember correctly you can have 25 cities on a main planet (Tat, Cor, Nab) and 50 on the secondaries (25 rank 4 cities) ... but look into the FAQs I stated that are stickied on top of this forum ... they ain't there for nothing, you know

That just might depend on your server
there's no system presently in the game that can tell you ... you can only try and count the cities present (city caps can be found in the "all you need to know"-FAQ stickied above) ... or simply try it out with a city hall
