I lost track. When is the next election? I know it is every three weeks but I don't remember when the last one was.

it's different for every city, because it depends on when your cty was placed ...
But if you where foresighted enough to not delete the city mails you got you can look into your mail system because you get a mail telling you about the outcome of the last election.

I'm pretty sure the election and the city update fall together.
So check your email, and see how long ago it was.
If it was between 2 and 3 weeks, go to your city terminal and check the update circle, next update should be the election. Otherwise just add 1 or 2 weeks to it.
