Simplest way to know how many actives you have is to check how many votes you get just before they're counted.

If you want to check out those inactives... go to your resident list and bank tip all the suspects 1 credit.

/tip {name} 1 bank ....I think is the command.

When/if they ever log on you will get a game generated message that the bank tip has been delivered. And it'll have a time stamp on it.

While we have some that are more active than others, out of 63 citizens we have4 that are truly inactive/cancelled accounts. Our city plan's a very controlled one, so when we loose people that don't pick up houses beforehandwe don't feel it in the slightest.

I did a check not too long ago by using bank tip & found I had well over 80 active citizens in my city of 100. About time to do that test again & see what I come up with.
