Thread: Mayor Skill to allow placing cantina or theater

HI
I am a new mayor in a small village. when I first looked thourgh the skill window I noticed,having to be a certain skill level to allowplacement of a cantina/theater. It is not there any more, does this mean mayor needs no skill to allow cantina/theater to be placed? Also, can not find how many lots it takes to place them either. One more thing, only way to get xp is by people voting for you?

Your city has to be a certain level in order to have a Cantina or Hospital placed(I believe). However, the person placing the Hospital must be a Master Doctor or Master Combat Medic, and the Cantina placer must be a Master Dancer or Master Musician.
And yes, the only way to gain xp is to have people vote for you OR be the current mayor(you get 750xp free per week if you're the sitting mayor)

A cantina can also be placed by a master chef ...
a theater by master dancer or master musician ...
Both theater and Med Center take up 3 lots ...
A Cantina takes up 5 lots 
The FAQ should tell you which city rank is needed to support any of these structures (I think it's rank 3 for cantina and Med Center and rank 4 for theaters)
