Silly question, I know.. is this a master architect item as well?
I cannot seem to locate one anywhere.

um, i dont know where to get mission terminals. would somebody be kind enough to post where to get them?

It's an icon in the abilities after achieving civil 1 i think

If you have the skill walk to the place you want to set the trainer ... and type
/recr
Then you get a window in which you can chose from all the trainers (except BE 
). It doesn't matter which direction the trainer is looking. He turnes when you approach him or talk to the trainer.
But be aware ... setting a trainer costs 1000cr each time.
