Mos Mesric is located on Tatooine in the Kettemoor galaxy. I've only been Mayor for a few weeks but I just hit Customization III and can now place gardens. Yes, finally, I can spruce up the town some. I had our City Architect makeme a Cafe Garden. Looks great, we even have a nice fountain across the street from it. One problem though, you can't sit in the chairs in the Garden. Anyone else having this problem?
